BYLAWS AND GOVERNING POLICIES

The West Virginia School Counselor Association is governed by a set of bylaws . These bylaws are the guiding "rules and regulations" for the association. A copy of these bylaws can be found below.

WVSCA Bylaws

Active members of the WVSCA may use the form below to propose amendments, revisions, and/or other changes to the WVSCA bylaws.  Proposals will be reviewed by the Bylaws Committee and brought before the WVSCA Board of Directors for a vote. All changes that have been approved by the board will be included into the bylaws. A copy of the most up-to-date bylaws can be found on the WVSCA website.
