GROW PA TUITION WAIVER PROGRAM

Pennsylvania recently launched the new Grow PA Tuition Waiver (Grow PA Waiver) Program. Beginning in Fall 2025, out-of-state students pursuing en eligible program of study or major leading to an in-demand occupation can pay in-state tuition at Pennsylvania's state-owned public universities.


The Grow PA Tuition Waiver Program makes a high-quality education more affordable for out-of-state students at all 10 state-owned universities and 14 campuses across Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education.
